School Photographers.
We understand that the annual school portraits is an important event in the school calendar, and that efficiency is very important so the school day is disrupted as little as possible. This is why Picture Perfect offer a flexible service and we will try to work in a way that suits you.
We can print an order form with a proof picture while on site, so the pupil can take the order form away with them the same day, making less admin work for the school. We even provide an envelope for the order, so all the school has to do is collect in the envelopes. Then we will collect them from the school and have the photographs delivered within 3 weeks.
If you'd prefer we can use the more traditional method of taking the photographs and leaving the school, the proof cards will be delivered to the school a week later. After the orders have been collected we will process them and have them delivered back to the school 3 weeks later.
The income generated from the school portraits can be very helpful in buying extra resources and play equipment for the school, as we offer the school a generous commision on the sales from all orders placed using our order forms. We also try to keep the cost to the parents as low as possible offering good value all round.
In addition to the commision we will give the school a CD with all the pictures on, so it can be used to update the schools records, we are able to use the SIMS system. We can also take pictures of all the staff so you can use them on your 'Welcome' board at school, or your website. This is offered free of charge to the school.
We can also take class photos, so each parent has the opportunity to purchase a full class photo to remind them and the pupils who they went to school with. One of our most popular ways to do this is to have a class picture and individual picture both on the same photograph, which also includes the school name and logo printed on the border.
